Jen Paugh earned a BA from Frostburg State University and has been a longtime supporter of the Boonsboro School area schools. She has been a classroom volunteer since 2013, the administrator of the Boonsboro Area Parent Facebook page since 2019, and she is Secretary of the Boonsboro Gridiron Club. Jen is currently supporting communication and social media for the Capital Improvement Project for Boonsboro High School.
Previously, she served as a fundraising consultant for school clubs and coordinated initiatives and fundraising activities as requested by area school principals. Jen was active in the Boonsboro Middle School Parent Teacher Organization for many years, serving as the President in 2014-2016 and Vice President in 2019-2020, and she was the President of Boonsboro Athletic Boosters Inc (BABI) from 2020-2022.
