Born further west, in Cumberland, Calvin Park now enjoys calling Washington County home. Calvin serves as the pastor at the Brownsville Church of the Brethren and has more than fifteen years of pastoral experience, much of it focused in ministry with middle and high school
students. He received his undergraduate degree in Bible/Theology with a minor in Youth Ministry from Davis College before attending Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary where he earned a Master of Arts in Old Testament and a second Master of Arts in Biblical Languages. He
now lives in the southern part of the county with his wife and two sons, both of whom attend Washington County Public Schools.
Calvin is actively involved in the community, volunteering with after school clubs and engaging in causes that are important to him. He is especially passionate to see young people grow and succeed, finding a place where they feel loved and empowered. He hopes to contribute to
building a community where every person's unique gifts are valued and encouraged.
